This year we will be a revision of our Electoral Roll. Forms will be available in church and online from 8 March and must be completed by 12 April (at the latest).
Being on the Parish of Shottermill Electoral Roll entitles you to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (including the election of members to the PCC and deanery synod). Being on the electoral roll is also a requirement for those wishing to stand for the PCC (Parochial Church Council).
If you have attended church for more than six months and you are baptised, then you are encouraged to have your name added as this helps with general communication and for us to get to know you better.
Revision of Electoral Roll 2026
Anyone who is baptised is invited to join the roll, and is encouraged to do so, but you also need to meet one of these criteria:
- Are you a member of the Church of England and live within the boundaries of the parish?
- Are you a member of the Church of England,do not live in the parish but have been an attendee of the church for at least six months?
- Are you are a member of a church which is not the Church of England, but you wish to join, and you meet one of the two above criteria?
