Registering for the Church Electoral Roll
If you wish to join the Parish of Shottermill Electoral Roll which entitles you to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM), please complete an application form and return it to the Parish Office before 12 April. The Roll will then be closed for further updates until after the APCM (11 May). Paper application forms are available on request or an electronic fillable form from the website here. If you have attended St Stephen’s church for more than six months and you are baptised, then you are encouraged to have your name added as this helps with general communication and for us to get to know you better.
Note: If you wish to be nominated as a member of the PCC or vote for a person to be a member of the PCC, you must be registered on the Church Electoral Roll
Annual Celebration (APCM)
Monday 11 May at 7.30pm
There are a number of spaces on the PCC. Would you like to serve as one of our new PCC members? Do you feel called to be part of a team that discusses how things are run here at St Stephen’s, both practically and spiritually? Please do fill in a form, these are available in church or you can request one to be posted to you, please email the office.
PCC nominees must be:
- at least sixteen years of age;
- actual communicants;
- on the Electoral Roll of this Parish for at least six months
Nominations for Members of the PCC
Between Sunday 19 April and Monday 11 May
If you wish to nominate or second someone, you and the person nominated must be on the Church Electoral Roll. You must check that the person you nominate is willing to be nominated.
Forms are available on request and should be completed by Monday 11 May 2026. If a vote is needed this will be at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) on Monday 11 May.
