For more information about what happens each term please see our termly newsletter.
Fees will be charged at £19.50* per session and £4* for lunch and are will collected ½ a term in advance and within the deadlines stated on the invoice.
There is an additional termly fee of £30* for consumable resources, this fee will be added onto your invoice.
(*Fee rate Sept 2018)
Invoices below £150 must be paid in full, invoices of £150 upwards can be paid in two instalments, nursery bank details and deadlines for payment will be on your invoice.
Failure to pay will result in your child being unable to attend the nursery at the beginning of term.
We will accept cash, cheque or online payment. We also accept payment through Childcare vouchers, however you will need to set these up in advance and modify your payment schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Your child’s name must be used as payment reference when setting up the voucher payment scheme.
The costs of learning materials and consumables are ever increasing, added to the discrepancy between funding received from Government and our running costs, we find that the costs of providing for the activities that we offer, such as paper, paint, glue, play sand, playdough materials etc. have become too expensive for the nursery to sustain by itself. Therefore, to give the best possible opportunities and resources for the children in our care, we will be adding fee of £25 per child, per term to your child’s invoice to cover all consumable materials that your child has access to. This payment is regardless of the number of sessions they attend, and the number of beautiful creations they produce!
This consumable fee will be automatically added to your invoice at the start of each term and shown clearly.
