APCM and Elections 2019

Re- Registering on the Church Electoral Roll
There is to be a preparation of a  NEW Church Electoral Roll this year so EVERYBODY has to re-apply, even if you are on the existing roll.

The forms are at the back church with instructions on what to do. You can
also apply by downloading the form and returning it to the Parish Office.
The deadline for the return of ALL forms is Friday 31 March 2019.

Application for Electoral Roll

We are aware that GDPR has raised some concerns regarding the renewal of the Electoral Roll. As the law currently stands, there is no need to amend the electoral roll forms, consent is not required.
The Church of England’s GDPR Team have produced Electoral Roll Privacy Notice   which explains the GDPR issues for those individuals applying to the electoral roll.

Note: If you wish to be nominated as a member of the PCC or vote for a person to be a member of the
PCC, you must be registered on the NEW Church Electoral Roll
